Official Rules: Water Dog GUNNER Kennel Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING RELATIVE TO THE FREE MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY DESCRIBED BELOW. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Water Dog, 3203 E Sangamon Ave, Springfield, IL 62702 ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with GUNNER Kennels, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. GUNNER® and G1™ are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to describe the prize.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period. Begins Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 12:00 am Central Time and ends Thursday, December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 8, 2027.

4. How to Enter. There are several ways to receive entries. Each is described below. Entries are tracked by the email address provided at the time of the first entry.

(a) Free online entry (1 entry). Visit waterdog-usa.com/giveaway and submit the entry form with your name and a valid email address. Limit one free online entry per person and per email address for the Promotion Period.

(b) Gallery submission (5 entries). Submit a photo of your dog at waterdog-usa.com/dog using the same email address. Entries are awarded when the submission is approved for the Team Water Dog gallery. Limit one gallery bonus per person.

(c) Instagram follow (2 entries). Follow @waterdogusa and confirm on the entry page. Limit one per person. Following is not required to enter or win.

(d) Referrals (5 entries per referral, up to 50 entries). After entering, you receive a personal referral link. When a new, eligible person enters for the first time through your link and confirms their email, you receive 5 entries. Limit ten referrals.

(e) Purchase entries (1 entry per $1.00 spent). Each order placed at waterdog-usa.com during the Promotion Period using the same email address receives one entry for every whole dollar of merchandise subtotal, before shipping, taxes and discounts. Orders that do not include a Shirt of the Month Crew membership are capped at 250 entries per order. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back forfeit their entries. Orders receive 2 entries per $1.00 during two bonus windows: Friday, November 27, 2026 at 12:00 am CT through Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm CT, and Thursday, December 24, 2026 at 12:00 am CT through Thursday, December 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm CT (the 250 cap on non-membership orders still applies). All purchase entries and membership bonuses are credited to the email address used at checkout, including orders shipped to another person. No single order may earn more than 1,400 entries under (e) and (f) combined.

(f) Founding year bonus (500 entries). A new Shirt of the Month Crew membership on the 12-Months Prepaid or Founding Members plan purchased during the Promotion Period receives 500 bonus entries in addition to purchase entries under (e). Limit one bonus per person. Memberships cancelled or refunded before the drawing forfeit the bonus. Customers with an active Founding Members membership at the start of the Promotion Period receive 500 entries automatically without any purchase. Renewal orders on existing memberships do not earn entries.

(g) Free mail-in entry (1,500 entries per card, no limit on the number of cards). On a 3" x 5" card, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, date of birth and the words "Water Dog GUNNER Giveaway," and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Water Dog GUNNER Giveaway, 3203 E Sangamon Ave, Springfield, IL 62702. Each card must be mailed in its own envelope. Each eligible mail-in entry receives 1,500 entries, which exceeds the maximum number of entries any single order can earn under (e) and (f) combined at any time during the Promotion Period. Mechanically reproduced cards are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or postage-due mail.

5. Entry conditions. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

6. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of: one GUNNER G1 Kennel in the winner's choice of available size (Small, Medium or Intermediate) and core color, approximate retail value ("ARV") $550 to $700 depending on size; and one twelve-month membership in the Water Dog Shirt of the Month Crew (twelve monthly shirts plus the standard welcome kit), ARV $324. Total ARV up to $1,024. Kennel is shipped directly to the winner's US address at Sponsor's expense. Prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner selection and notification. One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 15, 2027, conducted by Sponsor. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter and must respond within 72 hours. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within 72 hours, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, state of residence, likeness, and the photos and statements the winner provides, for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.

10. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, GUNNER Kennels, Meta Platforms, Inc., ViralSweep, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of the prize, including without limitation property damage, personal injury or death. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed transmissions, or human or printing errors. If the promotion cannot be run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and select the winner from eligible entries received before the action.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the promotion and, where the entrant has consented, to send Sponsor's marketing email. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time. See Sponsor's privacy policy at waterdog-usa.com/policies/privacy-policy. Information is provided to Sponsor and not to Meta, Instagram or Facebook.

12. Disputes. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois.

13. Winner's name. To receive the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 4(g) with "Winner List" on the outside, received by February 28, 2027.
