Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (like new drops), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always get your order out as fast as we can.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier's estimate shown at that time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, reach out and we'll look into it.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our direct control. If your order arrives damaged, or a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
